Upon termination or end of a beta test, you may request deletion. Certain backups and logs may persist temporarily for security and audit purposes.

11. Beta & Testing Addendum
During any beta or testing period, data collected from your use of the Services (including logs, telemetry, performance analytics, and feedback) may be used internally by KSP to evaluate reliability, improve functionality, and analyze usage. By participating in a beta, you consent to this processing.
- Beta environments may have reduced support, intermittent availability, or experimental features.
- Where feasible, beta datasets should exclude sensitive personal information. If you must process personal data, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and appropriate notices to affected individuals.
- Upon beta completion or upon request, we can purge beta datasets from active systems; some records may persist in backups or security logs for a limited retention period.
